Salt & Smoke is a family-owned local seafood processing company, established in 2019 in SeaTac WA. We produce cold and hot smoked Atlantic Salmon, Greenland Halibut and wild Alaskan Salmon. 

Our Atlantic Salmon is sourced from the BAP (Best Agricultural Practices) Certified suppliers in Canada. It is healthy, delicious and sustainably farmed. 


We use Alaskan Chum to make our unique cold smoked Wild Salmon Sticks. Chum salmon has a mild taste, is low in sodium, and is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, niacin, vitamin B12, and selenium. 

We receive fresh deliveries of fish every week and smoke it in small batches, making sure the local stores and restaurants get the freshest product. There’s nothing but salt, a touch of sugar and natural Alderwood smoke in our smoked fish recipes.
